Saral Events Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Saral Events, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Saral Events provides a platform for event discovery, ticket booking, and event management services. Our service allows users to discover events, purchase tickets, and allows organizers to create and manage events.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your computer or device
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

4. Event Listings and Ticket Sales

For event organizers:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your event information
• You must provide clear refund and cancellation policies
• You agree to honor all tickets sold through our platform
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. We charge the following fees:

• Service fees for ticket sales
• Payment processing fees
• Any applicable taxes

All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the total amount shown.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. We encourage organizers to provide clear refund policies. In cases where events are canceled by organizers, refunds will be processed according to the organizer's stated policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Saral Events and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Saral Events, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
